Sammon Builders were appointed main contractor on the refurbishment of Boyle Credit Union. Works included full refurbishment of protected structure and a new build extension to this building, to provide new credit union offices and public building.
Sammon Builders constructed this 400m2 mixed use building for Ballinamore Agricultural Stores and included a mix of apartments and retail/office units.
Construction of purpose built sports facility, including basketball courts, badminton courts, gym area, changing rooms, reception area, and provision of parking areas and roadways
Demolition of an existing derelict hotel on site, and construction of large super-pub and restaurant in restored building, and further construction of 2000 person music / dance venue
New one / part two storey centre of excellence pavilion eco friendly building, including; dressing rooms; conference and coaching facilities; meeting rooms, dining; gymnasium and ancillary accommodation and extensive external works
Our company was appointed main contractor and PSCS on this project. Works included the construction of a new fire station on a green field site, including the building itself, drill tower, extensive yards, storage areas, and all associated site works.
Construction of purpose built facility for outdoor activities at Lough Allen Adventure Centre including fit out of bedrooms, common rooms, storage areas, and industrial kitchen. Responsibility for all construction works in relation to the project, including roadworks
Restoration of an 1850’s landlords residence building to a boutique hotel, together with construction of new extension incorporating bedrooms, basements, function rooms, storage areas and bars. Car-parking and roadways and all associated services and site works
Skoda Showroom Mullingar – this was 350m2 building constructed on an existing site of the owner of the Skoda garage, the Client for the project was Mullingar Autos Ltd.
