Sammon Builders are one of the North West's best known building contractors and have been proudly providing top quality buildings in the area. Some of our Conservation Projects include Nazareth House and Boyle Credit Union.
Sammon Builders were main contractor and PSCS on this commercial project which was a health care project over four floors and approx 2500m2 in size. Construction involved the construction of clinical treatment rooms, staff rooms, storage areas and refurbishment of all services to the building including mechanical, electrical, fire and improved access for disability. Contract was carried out during covid 19 restrictions and was completed in a live healthcare environment.
Sammon Builders were appointed main contractor on the refurbishment of Boyle Credit Union. Works included full refurbishment of protected structure and a new build extension to this building, to provide new credit union offices and public building.
Main contractor and PSCS on the refurbishment of the entire first floor of Nazareth House, a protected structure. Project involved complete overhaul of services in the building, M&E, wall finishes, upgrading to meet fire and disabled access regulations, new internal wall layouts, refurbish existing ext and int joinery and fire proofing.
Restoration of an 1850’s landlords residence building to a boutique hotel, together with construction of new extension incorporating bedrooms, basements, function rooms, storage areas and bars. Car-parking and roadways and all associated services and site works
Roof repairs to church, scaffolding to area of works, taking down capping stones, replacement of flashings and repoint with lime mortar, replacement of alucast downpipes
