Nazareth House Refurbishment 2020

Sammon Builders were main contractor and PSCS on this commercial project which was a health care project over four floors and approx 2500m2 in size. Construction involved the construction of clinical treatment rooms, staff rooms, storage areas and refurbishment of all services to the building including mechanical, electrical, fire and improved access for disability and removal of asbestos materials. Contract was carried out during covid 19 restrictions and was completed in a live healthcare environment.
